Benjamin Segall
Hi, I'm Ben. I recently graduated in User Experience Design from Norwich University of the Arts, with experience across agency, consultancy and enterprise teams. I enjoy understanding what people need, what gets in their way and what could be done differently.
I start by asking questions, listening to different perspectives and working through what is unclear. My design work has taught me to test solutions with people and see what holds up in practice.
I'm interested in how organisations make decisions and how technology changes the way people work. I'm looking for an early career role where I can work with different teams, learn how an organisation operates and help turn research into recommendations it can act on.
